Rang at beginning of the week and got the very next Saturday morning appt for service and pink slip. By lunchtime it was all done and the car had been cleaned inside and out. Really convenient for Randwick and surrounding area. Pricing was fair for the work done. This was my first visit and it was a good one so will use them again. Update: Second visit for Pink Slip and service was as good as the first. Recommended.

I have been a customer of randwick car care for years now. These guys worked magic with my car which I had taken to 2 other shops that could not get sorted. They even spent that extra time to show me the parts replaced explained how they had failed. Everytime they rang me they were very professional and polite. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a new mechanic.

As a female having no idea about cars, ive been overcharged so many times. I once paid for a new head gasket only to find out later it had been patched up! For years I looked for a mechanic that I could trust and finally found Randwick Car Care! The guy at the front desk is always so friendly and helpful. They are completely trustworthy and always do a fantastic job! Highly recommended.

Efficient, friendly, honest and great service. I don't live locally but always bring my car here for services, rego checks etc when I'm staying in the area because I trust them. Washed and vacuumed car on pick up is a welcome added bonus!

We have been sending our car here for service for many years. It has always been a great experience. Any extra cost they always call me first, explain the situation clearly and given me options on how to deal with it. They never changed anything unnecessary on my car. My car has always end up much easier to drive and sparkly clean after service. It was a pleasant surprise when we pick up our car last Saturday and found that even the inside is vacuum cleaned! My car had just been for service in another state. All they said then was my car needed a new windscreen wiper. I didnt get the windscreen wiper installed then. When I moved to NSW I needed a blue slip. I sent it to these guys. They did not fleece me and said that all I needed were the windscreen wipers. I told them to do it and they did it for cheaper than what the guys in my previous state would have done. Thanks for being an honest business that provides quality service to your customers.

Best mechanic i have ever been to!!!Very friendly and willing to explain everything so you understand before going ahead so you know whats going on with your car and roughly how much it will cost. They also clean and vacuum your car so when you get your car back it runs smells and looks brand new!!

I dropped off my car and got it back the same day which was convenient. They called before starting the extra work and made sure I understood what was being repaired and why. I was very happy with the price as it was substantially lower than the previous quote I had received for the same work. I was happy to have my car returned having been washed as well. I'll definitely be back.
